Inside the airless paint pumps users will find a super hardened one piece stainless steel piston, tungsten carbide seats and self centring balls to minimise wear and the Airlessco patented triple life packing system, the only system that allows adjustment of both upper and lower packing from outside the pump saving you time and making maintenance much simpler.
Two new models have just been added to the range of Airlessco airless paint sprayer lineup. The SL1500 has been designed to deliver the spraying power needed for high volume output to spray heavy mud for skim coat and level 5 finishes in the plaster coating industry. This model is driven by a dependable fan-cooled 1.5 HP equivalent, totally enclosed DC motor.
The SL1500 airless sprayer features an oversize hardened stainless steel piston, reversible tungsten carbide seat and the Airlessco patented externally adjustable packing system.
The SL1500 has the foot valve at the bottom of the pump generating high suction required when applying heavy materials like drywall mud.
The HSS9000 is the new standard in hydraulic paint sprayers. The HSS9000 is designed with the features painters have come to expect from other paint sprayers, while raising the bar in hydraulic and paint pump performance.
In addition to increased paint pump performance, Airlessco has substantially enhanced durability.
A careful look at this machine will show Airlessco has designed it with good components available - large inlet seat gives huge flow for heavy materials and a large reservoir with internal flow control coupled to an American made Vickers hydraulic pump.
In addition there are five pedestrian line markers, in a combination of single gun and two gun set-ups with four-stroke petrol engines.
A ride-on drive unit, for extended spraying of long lines has recently been added to range, to complement the SS6000 two-gun line marker for those really big jobs.
Airlessco line markers available from Cormack Anest Iwata have the added flexibility to easily move the spray gun from one side to the other.
With the quick release of the spray gun from its mount, no tools are required and the user can paint using stencils, or use the 50’ of supplied hose to apply paint to buildings and other structures.
Pulsation free striping means consistent widths for all line applications. Ergonomically designed, the handlebars are easily moved up or down, without tools, for operator comfort.
Airlessco accessories include gun extensions, line pointer for aligning, swivel wheel kit with Radius Memory for consistent striping of curved lines, bead dispensers for glass bead application, replacement tips, guards and hoses.
