How Does Coaching Work?
Coaching is provided either through face to face meetings or arranged teleconferences.

The first part of the coaching process is to evaluate the goals of the client and to identify which areas they may wish to further develop to improve their success.  

We then work with the client to prepare a development plan which focusses on building a client's skill set through action and reflection in a highly encouraging and supportive  manner.

To be effective the coaching needs to be provided over a 3-6 month term.
