Seika NB3 inclinometers from Control Devices (Aust) are static accelerometers most suitable for applications that require a small, light sensor for measuring relatively small inclination angles.
Their design includes a primary transformer which consists of a capacitive spring mass system with gas dynamic damping. The sensor is made with either an analog DC or a pulse width modulated output. The integrated sensor electronics only requires minimal power to operate and together with the capacitive primary transformer are highly accurate performers and extremely stable over the long term.
They are lightweight, come in a small housing and are hermetically sealed. There are different output signal options available with these devices and they are not affected by interference from ambient electromagnetic fields.
NB3 inclinometers are currently used for:
- Automation engineering
- Communications equipment
- Inspection systems
- Levelling systems
- Measuring instruments
- Medical equipment
- Safety engineering
- Scientific devices
