PICA-T panel meter

The Ditel PICA-T panel meter, distributed throughout Australasia by Control Devices , is a small footprint meter measuring only 48 x 24 x 70mm. The PICA-T measures in C or F and accepts Pt 100 and J, K and T thermocouples.

The PICA-T comes standard with a wide range power supply accepting 85 to 265VAC or 100 to 300VDC, with an option for a lower input voltage range of 21 to 53VAC or 10.5 to 70VDC and consumes only 1.8W.

The conversion is 15 bit Sigma-Delta at a rate of 25 samples per second. The display is red 10mm LED with a range of -1999 to 9999 and an OvE indication for overload.

Resolution is user selectable between 1C and 0.1C or 1F and 0.1F, and using a suitable Pt100 input will give a reading of up to 800C or 1472F.

The PICA-T is housed in a lightweight polycarbonate case that weighs only 50g and panel sealing is IP65.
