Kayden Classic 800 Series Thermal Dispersion Flow Switches
- The Classic 800 is the “flagship” product
- It has an integral microcomputer that performs continuous self test diagnostics on the electronics and sensor elements
- It has the following outputs features as standard:
- 4 – 20 mA Analogue Output
- Dual SPDT 5A 230VAC / 24VDC sealed Relay contacts
- Adjustable Setpoint deadbands
- 4 Adjustable Independent Switch Point Timers
- Modbus registers via RS-485
- Temperature Compensation
- Variable heater power
- The front panel features very bright LED indicators for easy viewing, even in bright sunlight
- Kayden RCM Software allows all the settings to be configured remotely and saved as a file, transmitted as an email attachment and/or printed for future reference
- The same device can be used to detect flow, level, liquids/slurry interface and temperature
Kayden Classic 800 Series and Basic+ 400 Series Thermal Dispersion Flow Switches
The Kayden Classic 800 and the Basic+400 are available with a selection of process fittings and probe lengths.
- Threaded ½” MNPT through to 2” MNPT
- ANSI Raised Face Flanges and RTJ ( Ring Type Joint ) Flanges 1” to 10” 150# to 2500#
- ¾” FNPT threaded in line type ( in 316L with Nickel braze only )
- In Line Flanged Raised Face and RTJ ( Ring Type Joint ) Flanges 3/4” to 10", 150# to 2500#
- Sanitary Flanged 304/316L Stainless Steel with Nickel braze – Sanitary 3A compliant, in 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 2.5”, 3” and 3.5” Ferrules
- Probes with insertion lengths 3, 5, 7.5, 10.1 and 15.2 cms as standard, custom lengths possible
CMP Series Thermal Dispersion Switches
- The baby of the range is the CMP Series which is the economical compact thermal dispersion switch
- It has a single SPDT sealed relay rated at 0.5A resistive at 36 AC/DC
- It requires 12 – 36VDC as a supply
