Control Components distribute Kayden Instruments' complete range of industrial quality, robust fluid and thermal dispersion flow switches. Heavy duty copper free aluminium alloy housings are complimented by wetside sensor probes of 316L Stainless Steel.

The Classic 800 Series is the only thermal switch on the market capable of operating as a flow switch, level switch or interface switch while simultaneously offering temperature switch capability.

800 series combines the failure resistance inherent in Thermal Dispersion Technology with the performance of far more expensive instruments.

Basic+ 400 Series Thermal Dispersion Flow Switches

Choose from a selection of process fittings and probe lengths with custom lengths available
  • Threaded ½” MNPT through to 2” MNPT
  • ANSI Raised Face Flanges and RTJ ( Ring Type Joint ) Flanges 1” to 10” 150# to 2500# 
  • ¾” FNPT threaded in line type ( in 316L with Nickel braze only ) 
  • In Line Flanged Raised Face and RTJ ( Ring Type Joint ) Flanges 3/4” to 10", 150# to 2500# 
  • Sanitary Flanged 304/316L Stainless Steel with Nickel braze – Sanitary 3A compliant, in 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 2.5”, 3” and 3.5” Ferrules
Probes with insertion lengths 3, 5, 7.5, 10.1 and 15.2 cms as standard, custom lengths possible.

Economical CMP 100 Series Thermal Dispersion Flow Switches

Compact thermal dispersion switch features single SPDT sealed relay rated at 0.5A resistive at 36 AC/DC. The 100 series requires 12 – 36VDC as a supply.

Kayden's thermal dispersion flow switches include the following safety features:
  • Fluid Level detectors – low / high level alarms
  • Interface ( Level ) Detection – separation vessels, oil / water level
  • Liquids with particulates and/or suspended solids and slurries
  • Pump of fan protection
  • Flameproof and explosion proof
These unique thermal dispersion switches use state-of-the-art microprocessor-controlled electronics, making them highly accurate and reliable.
