FS-150 series of inline flow switches
THE Gems FS-150 series of inline flow switches, now available from Control Components , use a patented, dual diameter, internal bore and piston configuration to minimise pressure drop and reduces the risk of contamination.

Liquids pass smoothly around the piston and flow through the switch, resulting in very little pressure loss to the down stream line.
The piston guide bore, with a slight increase in diameter along its length, minimises the effects of contaminants from particulates in the flow stream.
The switch body is made of hydrolytically stable polypropylene which is compatible with a broad range of liquid media. Its low price makes it ideal for OEM use.
The simplicity of the straight-through design, using proven reed switch technology, assures long, reliable service life.
The switch also features simple operation: as flow increases to the actuation set point, the magnet-equipped piston is displaced. This causes the reed switch to open or close.
The FS-150 switch is 150mm long and 22mm in diameter with process connections of 1/2" NPT. It offers SPST switch actuation, with NO or NC logic and set points from 2 to 19L/min.
Operating temperatures range from -17°C to 100°C and maximum pressure up to 14 bar.
Two 1/4" male spade connectors provide quick electrical connections.
