The Accusonic 10USR is a high speed, fully automatic multi-purpose slicer designed to slice sheet cakes or round cakes into many different shapes and sizes. For sheet cakes with multiple passes of the ultrasonic blade, the machine is capable of slicing diamonds and triangles.
For dedicated sheet cake slicing the machine can be fitted with multiple blades to increase production. For round cakes, the product is loaded and then quickly is moved inward. The blade then slices accross the cake. The cake is then precisely rotated to the next position for slicing until the desired number of portions is produced.
