Tajimi harsh environment Connectors available from Connector-Tech

Tajimi Electronics connectors are manufactured exclusively in Japan. The range includes waterproof circular and coaxial connectors. The circular multipin series are suitable for depths from 20 meters to 100 meters with pin layouts from 2 to 37 contacts. Voltage ratings are as high as 900 Vrms.

The shell material is nickel plated brass and zinc alloy and a stainless steel type is available for particularly harsh applications. The cable entry seal of waterproof connectors is often the weak point as many manufacturers rely on a one-size-fits-all seal with wide variations in the quality of seal from small to large diameter.

Tajimi ensures the waterproofing integrity of its connectors by offering a range of cable entry diameters to select from. Hermetically sealed receptacles for pressure and vacuum vessels are also available.
