UCME – OPC is alarm notification software that combines a number of advanced features for the most efficient and secure control system.
Process alarms that are generated by standard OPC based industrial automation systems can be sent by UCME as SMS messages, pager messages, email, FAX or voice messages.
When using voice telephony, up to four (4) recipients can receive the message simultaneously enabling remote acknowledgement of the alarm, secured modification of set points and be advised of real time values
When using SMS messages remote operators can respond instantly to alarms via a mobile phone. Pre defined SMS templates stored in a mobile phone an be used to change set points, query field values, suspend or resume alarm notification and more.
UCME-OPC snapshot server is a web and cellular enabled real time system capable of handling data acquisition, data monitoring and data analysis. It is designed to improve the productivity of manufacturing plants by converting plant floor data into critical business and operation information, making ti available to you via cell phone or web browser, exactly when you need it.
