Conductix and Wampfler merge to form Conductix-Wampfler

Conductix and Wampfler have merged to create one global company

Wampfler and Conductix herald in the next phase of integration for the two companies that belong to the Delachaux Group.

The innovators for intelligent energy and data transmission systems are making their official launch with a new organisational structure – ‘Conductix-Wampfler’ name and branding.

“Both the new organisation and its new visual image symbolise the successful merger of Conductix and Wampfler. The new organisation takes full advantage of both companies in an intelligent manner,” explains the Managing Director of Conductix-Wampfler (Aust), Mark Howlett.

The new organisational structure of Conductix-Wampfler is consistently oriented to the needs of their customers. Sales and Marketing Organisations (SMOs) have been established in every global region.

These organisations are familiar with the demands of their local markets, are the first points of contact for customers and coordinate all sales and service activities.

In addition, strong and centralised market units, with clear industry-specific orientation support the SMOs in the main markets of Ports and Container Handling, Automation and Construction, Bulk and Tunnelling, EOT Cranes, Handling Systems and Transit.

Conductix-Wampfler in Australia now have four capable and well stocked offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Conductix-Wampfler will continue to build on their local engineering and manufacturing capability while also drawing on the global support structure.

Mark Howlett confirmed, “A strategy is being implemented in Australia, utilising our local and international strengths, which focuses on meeting customer needs.”

Customers will also benefit from worldwide industry based expertise and the comprehensive product range and R & D programme in the industry.
