Established in 1986, the Concrete Pumping Association of Australia
aims to educate and inform its members and promote the concrete pumping industry in a professional manner.
The association provides members with information regarding safe work practices, insurance and the use of line and boom pumps.
Comprised of concrete pumping companies both large and small, who may own just one concrete pump or over twenty, the association caters to all those involved in the concrete pumping industry.
Furthermore, the association caters to suppliers and manufacturers of concrete pumps, as well as inspectors and trainers.
The association holds regular meetings which provide members with the opportunity to share their knowledge of, and experience in, the concrete pumping industry.
These meetings aim to enhance the safety, professionalism and overall quality of the concrete pumping industry in Australia.
The thoughts, ideas and concerns of members are of high importance to the association, and they help to determine what the association will focus on and the activities it will engage in.
The association provides members and non-members with a variety of resources, including safety logbooks, which according to current Standards and the Code of Practice, concrete pump owners are required to regularly update.
The association is comprised of a Committee that features a president, vice president, secretary and three treasurers.
Each member of the committee works for a company with active membership, including CB Concrete Pumping Pty Ltd and Concrete Pumping Equipment Pty Ltd.
The Concrete Pumping Association of Australia welcomes new members.
