ENVIZAGE, the business group that is part of Concentric Asia Pacific , have expanded their offerings to the Australian product design, engineering and manufacturing communities by incorporating Melbourne-based CADCENTRE Asia Pacific.
CADCENTRE Asia Pacific were established in 2003 and have specialised in the Autodesk range of manufacturing solutions within Victoria, including AutoCAD LT, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Electrical, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Productstream and Vault.
These solutions are complementary to the Autodesk visualisation portfolio like Autodesk ImageStudio, Autodesk AliasStudio, Autodesk Showcase and Autodesk Portfoliowall, which are offered nationally by ENVIZAGE. Mach Dinh-Vu, Manager, ENVIZAGE said that the 'new' ENVIZAGE are now a multi-disciplinary business specialising in digital prototyping, visualisation, simulation, and advanced manufacturing. This means that customers have a single technology partner capable of assisting them all the way from the raw concepts of a design to supplying the market.
ENVIZAGE are now an enterprise of more than 20 people with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane, and representation in Canberra and New Zealand. The team includes business managers, services engineers, accredited trainers, support technicians and manufacturing specialists.
The new-look ENVIZAGE continue to include the business unit known to Concentric Asia Pacific customers. The advanced manufacturing division located at Brisbane Technology Park, features a foundry, casting facility, 3D printers and rapid prototyping, industrial spray booth, NC machining, and a specialist hand assembly-finishing team.
They have different customer base from the craniofacial surgery unit of Royal Adelaide Women’s and Children’s Hospital to aerospace. From car makers to cooktops, mining trucks to medical equipment, artificial knees to architects, state government trophies to sports cars, train cabins to the Torana TT34 concept car.
ENVIZAGE have contributed to Toyota winning back-to-back Australian Rally Championships and Manufacturers Championships, and to teams in the V8Supercars and Nurburgring 24 Hour race. They have the ability to produce full size products with working components, and either one part or one thousand parts made from low-cost prototype or actual production materials.
