EXAIR, represented by Compressed Air Australia , has released 316 stainless-steel cabinet coolers that keep electrical enclosures cool with -7ºC air while resisting heat and corrosion that could adversely affect the internal components.
The wear, corrosion, and oxidation resistance of 316 stainless steel assures long life and maintenance free operation.
They mount to a NEMA 4X (stainless steel) enclosures through a standard electrical knockout. They include an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure. An optional thermostat control minimises compressed air use and keeps the enclosure at ±1ºC of the temperature setting.
All models are UL-listed to US and Canadian safety standards. They have cooling capacities of up to 706 thousand calories an hour. There are no moving parts to wear out. Applications include cooling control panels used in food processing, pharmaceuticals, foundries, heat-treating, chemical processing and other corrosive locations.
