Available from Compressed Air Australia , full flow air knives provide effective cleaning, drying or cooling of parts, webs or conveying equipment.
Using the coanda effect to pull in large volumes of air, full flow air knives produce a high velocity curtain of air. Airflow is consistent along the length of the air knife, which measures 305mm. Custom lengths are available upon request for specific customer requirements.
Compressed air inlets are featured on the back side. These inlets are optional and are not recommended if uniform airflow is necessary.
Available in aluminium or stainless steel, full flow air knives can be used alongside an Electronic Flow Control (EFC) unit. This machine will help to reduce compressed air costs by turning the compressed air off when not required.
