EXAIR’s electronic temperature control system keeps electrical enclosures cool while minimising compressed air use.
The digital Cabinet Cooler system is a CE compliant control system certified by independent laboratory tests for safe operation in a wide range of cooling applications, allowing them to work optimally with EXAIR’s CE compliant Cabinet Cooler units.
Designed to accurately maintain a constant temperature in the electrical enclosure that is slightly under the maximum rating of the electronics, the digital ETCs allow just enough cooling for the electronics without going so cold as to waste compressed air.
A digital LED readout displays the temperature of the electrical enclosure (ºF or ºC) followed by the user’s temperature setting when pressing the ‘push to set’ button.
When the desired setting is exceeded, the Cabinet Cooler System is activated, which circulates -7ºC (20ºF) air throughout the electrical enclosure to prevent malfunctions from high temperatures.

- All systems include an automatic drain filter separator to keep moisture in the compressed air out of the electrical enclosure
