EXAIR’s Super Air Amplifier has been employed by an automotive machine shop manufacturing disc brakes to deal with the problem of chip build-up inside the part.

The auto shop initially tried to use compressed air tubing flattened on the ends to blow off the chips but the results were unsatisfactory. Additionally, the high compressed air usage, hazardous sound levels and potential danger to employees made the shop seek an alternative solution.

EXAIR’s Model 120021 1-1/4" Super Air Amplifier was substituted for the tubing with successful results. Apart from providing a larger pattern of air, the air amplifier used less compressed air and generated a lower sound level.

EXAIR Super Air Amplifiers offer several advantages over stop-gap solutions such as the bent tubing method that come with a string of safety violations.

EXAIR Super Air Amplifiers are compact and dependable since there are no parts to wear out. The patented design of the air amplifiers ensures maximum airflow while using very little compressed air.

EXAIR’s Super Air Amplifiers are available from Compressed Air Australia .
