Nano Super Air Nozzle
Exair’s new Nano Super Air Nozzle has been engineered to produce high performance attainable from a tiny nozzle.
Nano Super Air Nozzle delivers precision blowoff with a directed, high volume, high velocity airflow. The overall length of the Nano Super Air Nozzle measures 0.78” (19.8mm) with a diameter of only 0.25” (6.4mm), permitting installation in tight spaces.
The durable type 316 stainless steel construction is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications located in general industrial, high temperature, food, pharmaceutical or corrosive environments.
The model 1110SS Nano Super Air Nozzle provides a narrowly focused air pattern that measures 1.5” (38mm) in diameter when positioned 6” (152mm) away from the target surface.
High amplification of airflow and a strong blowing force of 8.1 ounces (230 grams) are achieved with minimal air consumption of 8.3 SCFM at 80 PSIG.
Safe operation is assured since the airflow of the Nano Super Air Nozzle cannot be blocked, which meets the OSHA standard for dead-end pressure 29 CFR 1910.242(b). Sound level is very low at 75 dBA and meets OSHA noise requirement 29 CFR 1910.95(a).
The Nano Super Air Nozzle can easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes. The compressed air inlet is male M6 X 0.75.
