WET, slippery areas can be easily and cost effectively addressed with a range of Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) materials on show at the Grating Company's Safety In Action and Materials & Manual Handling stand.
A feature of the stand will be newly released GRP gratings, step treads and ladders, which complement the company's range of treatments for almost every slippery surface. The Grating Company's GRP products are supplied in kit form for easy DIY installation with basic tools and can be used to replace steel, aluminium & timber treads. The non-slip step treads are a particularly inexpensive and simple alternative to costly and disruptive replacement of stairs.
Economy has not compromised the performance of Grating Company's GRP products, which are long-lasting and both chemical and fire-resistant, having achieved a class 1 flame spread rating or less. In fact, Grating Company says its grating will out-perform steel grating many times over and has an extended lifetime since it is not prone to rotting, rusting and is not affected by the vast number of industrial chemicals.
Visitors to Safety In Action and Materials & Manual Handling from Monday 21 to Wednesday 23 March 2005 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre will find Grating Company at stand I39.
