The insert machines from Complete Machine Tool Services have state-of-the-art programmable logic controllers, touch screen controls and X-Y or rotary table with various capabilities. The insert machines are custom designed to meet specific applications and requirements.

Complete Machine Tool Services also supplies a wide range of band saws. The Dual Post Horizontal Band Saw is designed to provide exceptional cutting performance, reliability and ease of use in a multi-shift high production environment. The band saw includes a Mitsubishi PLC with 99 job storage and job queue function, heavy duty saw head with 35 series linear bearings and weighs around 3,500 lbs. The band saw includes standard features such as 5 Hp motor with A/C inverter, positive down feed system, servo driven shuttle, cast iron guide arms which are supported by 2 linear bearings, replaceable carbide guide inserts, split front vise, blade breakage switch, blade brush, hydraulic chip auger, halogen work light, flood coolant system and a wash down hose.

In addition to supplying a range of insert munchies, Complete Machine Tool Services, also offers waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, punching, shearing and punch press tooling products.
