The L Series Oil Injected Rotary Screw Compressors provide high performance, low operating costs and reliability with ease of installation and servicing.

Operating using slower rotation speed in the air end rotors, equipped with a 2-pole TEFC IP 55 energy-saving CEMEP CLASS EFF1 high efficiency motor and fitted with a modified, premium efficiency air end - these new compressors can deliver energy savings of up to 7.2% compared to other manufacturers.

This can cut energy bills by up to £1,000 per year and reduce annual CO2 emissions by up to 9,000kg, making a positive impact on both the bottom line and the environment.

The new L30, L37, L45 and L50 offer the "best in class" performance for this size of machine. The direct drive motor and smaller footprint mean better like for like performance than any other compressor on the market today.

The CompAir LSR-Series of rotary screw air compressors like the newly released L45SR incorporates a variable speed switched reluctance drive system of outstanding efficiency (motor IP55 rated), offering the ability to precisely match power consumption with air demand.

CompAir's new range of oil-injected screw compressors is based on a modular design which provides maximum flexibility in terms of meeting customers cost expectations.

All compressors can be sized to suit the required output, and can be driven by either a fixed speed drive motor or an innovative switched reluctance drive system (SR variable drive system). The volume flow can be precisely controlled to meet continually changing demands ensuring the right amount of energy is used to do the job.

The CompAir LSR compressor series incorporate a variable speed switched reluctance drive system of outstanding efficiency, offering the ability to precisely match power consumption with air demand. Maximum efficiency at any level of demand cuts energy costs and saves money. This is achieved by varying the speed of the drive motor with a level of efficiency which cannot be matched by any other conventional variable speed drive systems.
