The L02-L05 range of rotary screw compressors can be customised to individual customer requirements and offer different options to provide everything from a stand alone compressor to the complete compressor station. The rotary screw compressors have options for the compressor to be base mounted, mounted on a tank. The Airstation solution includes compressor and refrigerant dryer that are both tank mounted.
The L02-L05 range of rotary screw compressors from CompAir have a user friendly design and are come equipped with a plug & play operation. Removable side doors make maintenance easy by providing quick and easy access to all service points. Reliability and cost effectiveness is increased by the low amount of low maintenance moving parts.
Due to their low noise level, the L02-L05 range of compressors can be installed at the point of use, thus reducing additional costs associated with separate compressor rooms or pipework.
The start/stop operation ensures no idling time and no idling energy costs and all compressors in the L02-L03 ranges are equipped with this as standard. Also includes with these ranges is the working hour indicator and pressure display.
The L04-L05 range of rotary screw compressors features star/delta starting and electronic Air Basic controller as standard. The controller provides users with data on total hours of operation, operating temperature and additional information such as:
