Collier Packaging Pty Ltd manufactures liquid filling and capping machinery and supplies it to the cosmetic, automotive, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. An extensive range of stock components is used for assembling these filling and capping machines. The filling machine SPH-2 horizontal model has single or twin head fillers and comes with filling capacities of 25 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml and 1.3 litres. The SPW-1 single head filler model is of floor mounted type, and has filling capacity of 500 ml or 1 litre.
The SP-2 vertical model filling machine has single or twin heads and comes with filling capacities for 25 ml, 25 ml, 500 ml, 1.3 litres, 2 litres, 2.5 litres and 6 litres. The options of Bottom Up Fill and automatic operation are also available.
The VF-4 filling machine model has 4 or 6 heads and is fully automatic with PLC control. The machine is equipped with a neck locater and drip tray under nozzles. Other filling machine models that contain 6 or 8 heads with PLC control are fitted with nozzle rise servo motors.
The AE-4 model filling machines have four heads, a single chuck cap tightener and a conveyor with accumulation turntable. The VF-4 model has a four-head filler and a 4-wheel trigger pack cap tightener with a conveyer.
Collier Packaging’s capping machines are made to three different specifications. The various types of capping machines are Banch Model Cap Tightener, Single Chuck Cap Tightener, and Trigger Pack Cap Tightener.
