Colby Storage Solutions, a division of global material handling solution providers Dematic, have supported the Australia’s national football league, the Hyundai A-League.
The interest generated by the restructured Hyundai A-League, together with the Socceroos’ success at the 2006 World Cup, has dramatically increased Colby Storage Solutions' interest in Australian soccer.
Demonstrating their commitment to the national Hyundai A-League concept, Colby Storage Solutions are sponsoring four of the clubs that include Melbourne Victory / Sydney FC / Queensland Roar / Adelaide United.
The details of the sponsorship package varies for each club, with Colby Storage Solutions believed to be the first club partner to sponsor multiple teams in a single season.
Colby Storage Solutions’ General Manager, Tony Woodlock, said that soccer suited the national storage equipment distributor network. Being successful in soccer requires a combination of sound management, constant training, individual talent, flair, experience and professionalism but, above all, teamwork.
