Coates Hire  recently introduced 50 new mini excavators to its hire fleet.
Coates Hire’s Campbelltown branch was the first branch to take delivery of the first of the new CAT 1.4t mini excavator/ trailer packages.
Branch Manager Doug Griffiths explained that the new equipment offered a clear host of benefits to customers.
In addition to being more versatile than the 1.8t excavators, the new 1.4t machines offered the same impact. The mini excavator’s more compact form factor is well under two tonnes and can be towed by a significantly wider range of vehicles.
Conveniently packaged with three buckets on a lightweight, easy-to-tow trailer, the new CAT mini excavators feature CAT’s legendary power, performance and quality, making them ready to tackle some of the toughest of grounds in challenging space-constrained locations.
The fifty machines will be spread throughout Coates Hire’s NSW and ACT branch network.
