Clearmake discuss Re-tooling for Climate Change programme that supports small and medium- sized business undertaking manufacturing activities in Australia. The programme aims to help Australian manufacturers reduce their environmental footprint, through projects that improve the energy and/or water efficiency of their production processes.
The programme provides grants between $10,000 and $500,000, up to a maximum of one third of the cost of each project. An example of eligible projects could include stormwater or rainwater harvesting and water recycling for re-use in the manufacturing process.
Clearmake can design and manufacture a water harvesting and recycling solution for business and support customers with their submission for a project grant. Clearmake have been designing and manufacturing water harvesting, treatment and recycling solutions for industry since 1993 and have supplied more than 3,000 systems Australia wide.
More systems are designed to comply with local council, EPA, AQIS and OH&S requirements, and more recently Queensland’s mandatory Water Efficiency Management Plans (WEMPs) for large users.
