Clarke & Severn Electronics presents a new range of small, lightweight and versatile RF connectors from Telegartner.
Telegartner’s new 4.3-10 RF connector series consists of compact and installation-friendly connectors suitable for mobile radio communications, as well as telecommunication installations, communication engineering and radar applications. The new spring construction of the connector facilitates a good connection without the need for overtightening.
Key benefits of the new RF connector series include accurate return loss and passive intermodulation performance (PIM) levels; excellent electrical performance independent of the mating technique; and contact areas protected from damage, even when not mated.
A universal cable jack suitable for mating with three different cable plug designs is provided with the RF connector. The push-pull design allows quick and reliable coupling and the screw designs are more rugged.
All 4.3-10 RF connectors meet IP68 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C up to +85°C. Customised connector designs for use at higher temperatures can be supplied on demand.
Telegartner cables and connectors will be on display at the Clarke & Severn Electronics Stand D5 at ElectroneX 2014, September 10-11.
