Ishida Europe selects Cincom Systems of Australia’s Sales Configurator
Cincom Systems of Australia has announced that Ishida Europe has chosen its Sales Configurator to improve quote and proposal processes for its configure-to-order products. Ishida will deploy the Cincom Sales Configurator across EMEA for both their direct sales operations and dealer network.
Ishida selected Cincom Systems of Australia’s Sales Configurator for its ability to help manufacturers configure products with 100% accuracy, reduce proposal-generation time and cut lead times by up to 80%.
Another reason was its ease of use. “Cincom’s drag-and-drop user interface is intuitive and makes it easy to capture and maintain product configuration rules,” said Tim Cutler, Operations Systems Manager. “The fact that Cincom is a global company with a support centre in the UK was also a big plus for us,” said Cutler.
“We looked at other providers, but none were able to offer the level of support and prove their solution to the same extent as Cincom.”
