In collaboration with Retriever Communications, Cincom Systems of Australia is proud to announce its upcoming seminar on Compliance and Quality Auditing taking place on 7th July 2009. The seminar will provide an opportunity to experience real Quality Management case studies.
Speakers at the seminar will include:-

- Jackie Hiddlestone – Manager, Ancillary and Plumbing Assurance from Sydney Water
Synertec Operations Manager Jon Reich will present on audit automation for improved compliance and a series of real audit “war stories” to illustrate a rational and practical evolution from traditional audit to enterprise-wide audit automation and compliance.
CHEP Australia Quality Manager Declan Sally will present on their PDA project that allows for in-field collection of quality data and will discuss the challenges, benefits and results of this Australian project that CHEP has now taken internationally into 20+ countries.
Sydney Water’s Jackie Hiddlestone will discuss the project implementation on plumbing compliance management system and business results launched last year.
The seminar will be open to the public with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
