Cincom Systems announces its latest release of Cincom Eloquence® document automation for customer communications management software at Claims Processing 2009 in Sydney from 29 – 30 July 2009. The event shows ways to control costs, maximising efficiency and driving customer experience in claims management.

Interactive Enhanced
With the Eloquence customer communications management software users can further customize content through insertion and placement of any PDF, JPG or TIFF image; marketing message; barcode and optical mark recognition (OMR) mark within a document right at the point of need (e.g., adding a crash report to an auto claims letter).
Enhanced Batch Automation
Eloquence’s extended batch administration provides comprehensive tools to profile, schedule, monitor, test and fully manage high-volume document generation. Administrators can create and archive batch profiles in an easy-to-use and easy-to-organize screen.
