American Community chooses Cincom Systems of Australia’s Document Automation Software


Cincom Systems of Australia  has announced that American Community Mutual Insurance Company, provider of Individual and Group health insurance, has chosen Cincom Eloquence to streamline its document automation/production processes and speed time to market for new offerings.

Key considerations for American Community’s selection of Cincom Eloquence included its ease of use in the automation and creation of documents in high-volume and interactive production environments.

American Community expects significant improvements in the speed of document development and testing due to Eloquence’s intuitive design environment, which provides a more active role for business users in the automation, design and creation of documents—reducing the dependency on the company’s IT resources.

“The ability to bring new offerings to market quickly is critical to staying competitive in our industry, and document development time is an essential component in the process,” said Terri Conway, Director of IS Application Development, American Community.

“Using Cincom Eloquence during the initial pilot period, we experienced significant reductions in the time required to automate the development, testing and production of new documents.”

Another contributor to Cincom Eloquence’s selection is its versatility in addressing both high-volume policy generation as well as interactive, real-time document-creation requirements in a single solution.

American Community anticipates using Cincom Eloquence to expand beyond its entirely batch-driven production process for policy generation to real-time document generation in areas throughout the organisation such as claims, customer service and underwriting.
