Thermadyne Australia to display Cigweld welding range at NMW 2008
An upgraded range of Cigweld Professional Inverter welding power supplies will be under the spotlight on Thermadyne Australia’s display (stand 4417) during National Manufacturing Week at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from May 27 to 30.
“The new range, which covers a broad range of welding requirements, delivers outstanding arc characteristics thanks to advanced microprocessor technology and digital control,” Cigweld representative, Jarrod Brennan, said.
The fully featured range comprises units from 200 amps to 400 amps. All are fitted with a fully compliant VRD system.
Cigweld cutting and welding products account for more than 75% of Thermadyne sales in the Asia Pacific region.
Thermadyne will also mount a comprehensive display of its new Skill range at the exhibition.
This range includes small arc welders, gas welding and cutting gear, MIG welding guns and spares and air plasma cutting equipment.
Four other core brands will also be on show:
- Thermal Dynamics manual and automated plasma cutting systems, accessories and consumables
- Tweco manual and semi-automatic welding torches, accessories and consumables
- Arcair carbon arc gouging torches and rods
- Stoody tubular special purpose and hard surfacing wires
