The following conveyors use the new Chiorino 2M5 UO-U2 HP W and the 2M5 UO-UO HPA which is resistant to aggressive coconut and palm oil contamination and hydrolysis.
These belts are currently in service at a major biscuit manufacturer in Brisbane Australia.
The new 2M5 UO-U2 HP W has been installed to overcome the problem of belt failures due to contamination of hot oil.
This belt has proved to be good, (in regards to durability).
Raw dough handling:
On the following “first gauge roll conveyor” the new Chiorino 2M5 UOUO HPA has been installed.
This belt is subject to contamination of residual oil from the raw dough product.
