CEVA Pallecon 's IBC heater baseboards are metal encased, electric heated drop-in bases that are designed to raise the temperature of liquid products and liquefy solids for improved discharge.
They are ideally suited to viscous and difficult to handle products, and can heat 1,000 litres of product up to a maximum temperature of 45 - 50 degrees Celsius within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the thermal characteristics of the product and ambient temperature.
By covering the base surface of an IBC, these baseboards ensure safe, gentle and effective heating with no risk of hot spots. Four independent electric elements provide heat, each of which is fitted with a control thermostat and thermal cut-off.
The sealed internal heater has a waterproof sealing to withstand the mechanical forces of handling and transportation under load, with an International Protection rating of IP68.
Designed specifically for use for Ceva Pallecon IBCs, these IBC heaters are manufactured in Australia, and will support a load of 1,500 kg/m².
