Chadwicks of Bury , a member of the Condalkin group, and UK's leading producer of die-cut lidding primarily for the food and beverage industries, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary since opening its first office in Australia.
Pacific Region manager John Savage said the original Sydney office in Leichhardt opened 10 years ago following an increasing customer base that started from an enquiry received from New Zealand.
At that time Chadwicks investigated the market potential in Australia and New Zealand and found that the business potential was an ideal fit to its strategy in terms of customers (small manufacturers to multi-national), short to long print runs, multiple designs, need for fast turnaround, problem solving, innovation, and new technology.
Since those days, Chadwicks has established itself as the leading supplier of die-cut lids in the region and still maintains its original business principles. A second office was opened in Brisbane during 2005.
Savage added that the future is bright and the company looked forward to the next 10 years in servicing the needs of its Australasian customers.
