ID leaders join forces

CEDAR Creek Company (CCC) has joined global article identification company Checkpoint Meto to add automatic print and apply systems to Checkpoint’s world leading product offerings.

CCC will team its unique auto label apply systems with Checkpoint’s Meto range of industrial barcode label printers and RFID encoders, to provide “best of breed” label print, encode and apply capabilities.

Worldwide demand for unique labeling and identification of food and consumer packaged goods is fueling the need for sophisticated print and apply systems that satisfy regulatory compliance requirements.

Together, the two companies bring expertise in article identification, labels, RFID, industrial printers and print and apply systems, that address all facets of product identification and traceability.

The product range, to be co-branded by Cedar Creek Company and Checkpoint Meto, and supported by both companies, will provide a range of solutions for on-demand label print and apply across a range of primary products, outer cases and pallets, backed by sophisticated software and RFID ready capabilities.
