The Car-O-Liner MIG welder range covers units on mains power to larger units on three-phased power.
The welders are operator-friendly and provide duty cycles as high as 200A at 35% for steel. They are also able to handle mild steel, galvanised steel and high strength steel. These units will weld sheets from 0.6mm in thickness.
The CM533 can handle aluminium, with the use of the optional aluminium kit and will work at up to 250A.
A selection of feed rolls and wire feed units is available for use with the different sheet metals, including aluminium.
Car-O-Liner MIG welders feature a unique remote on the torch, which allows the user to adjust wire feed speed.
Each unit has a heavy duty rubber mat to hold the operator’s tools, as the units are easily moved about the workplace, thanks to the hard wearing rubber wheels.
Also unique to these units is the MPS automatic spot and stitch feature. This control system allows the operator to set a time for each spot weld from 0.15 to 2.5 seconds.
Welds are turned on and off accurately to set times, including the interval between welds. This feature also allows the user to adjust the burnback time, to prevent the welding wire sticking to the weld.
Car-O-Liner MIG welders will take wires from 0.6 - 1.2mm diameter, depending on the unit. Aluminium wire is 1.0mm diameter.
The welding torch has been ergonomically designed to be lightweight and easy to use.
Liners are easily changed and the torch features a quick coupling connection.
All units feature CE approved safety requirements, including a thermo switch in the transformer.
