BenchRack fully-integrated system from Car-O-Liner
A fully-integrated system, Car-O-Liner’s BenchRack combines drive-on convenience, with a hydraulic lift and removable ramps.
Designed to provide the user with the versatility to quickly inspect and repair damaged vehicles, BenchRack comes in a number of models to allow the body shop operator to come up with just right one for particular requirements.
Engineered to improve the productivity of smash repair shop operations, BenchRack is designed to allow faster inspections and repairs than more conventional systems.
An important feature is a universal clamp and bench mounting combination which provides no-slip holding of all vehicles, including larger unibodies. Ramp sections are removable and lift out easily to allow better access to the vehicle, as required.
Four wheel drives are easily and safely mounted through the use of Car-O-Liner’s unique pillar jacks.
BenchRack comes with powerful 10-ton Draw-Aligners, which pull from almost any angle—360˚ around the vehicle.
For quick repairs of minor damage, chain holders (part no. B831) provide fast anchoring and are easily released when the job is done.
A unique tilt feature means that loading a vehicle where approach space is limited is not a problem.
Car-O-Liner’s loading trolley allows the user to load immobilised vehicles easily. Flipping the trolley over turns this into a safety stop.
The specially designed D91 support system makes down pulls easier and safer. Part of the unique clamping sytem is a sturdy side support which locks parts in place, when pulling or holds these in place during welding.
Overall, BenchRack provides “a superior inspection, aligning and repair platform that can be expanded to include electronic measuring, with the addition of Car-O-Tronic Vision which now holds the world’s largest vehicle database,” explained Julie Thomas from Car-O-Liner Australia.
