Five new products launched by Protecta

PROTECTA, a division of the Capital Safety Group (Australia) Pty Ltd , has added five new products to their range. The new products include two harnesses, two anchors and a vertical lifeline kit.

Protecta’s new full body harness.

The AB108AU is a full body cross over harness using a frontal fall arrest rated D-ring. The harness is ideal for ladder access and roof work providing an attachment point for workers who repeatedly ascend/descend vertical ladders, or for connecting climbing devices.

The AB119AU full body harness is suitable for use in linesman/tower work and industries where a harness must be used for climbing, suspension, positioning or rescue.

The new models complement the existing Protecta harness range by offering a wide choice of harnesses for every possible working environment.

The AJ720A concrete anchor is designed to be used as a permanently installed anchorage connector on concrete surfaces that can be mounted either vertically or horizontally.

The AJ703A Rail Dog/Rail Anchor provides a mobile anchor point allowing the user to tie-off to either a railway or crane rail runway.

These anchors form part of the Protecta anchorage range designed to provide a suitable anchorage point for any height safety application or situation.

The Cabloc Vertical Lifeline kit is a complete engineeered guided-type fall arrest system in kit form.

Designed for vertical use, the kit is ideal for preventing accidental falls while climbing or descending fixed ladders on a variety of structures. Depending on the kit selected (10m, 20m or 30m), systems can be quickly constructed/installed to suit ladders ranging from 1-30m.
