Air release valves, flow control valves and tank breather valves from Calorex

Calorex  offers air release valves, flow control valves, tank breather valves, vacuum relief valves and steam control valves.

Air release valves have a single orifice and are available in 80 millimetres flanged model while flow control valves ranges from 25 to 80 millimetres sizes and are available in flanged and BSP models. Vacuum relief valves ranges from 15 to 40 millimetres and 50 to 80 millimetres in screwed and flanged models respectively.

Steam control valves are available in herringbone baffle and pilot controlled valves. The herringbone baffle type control valves are available in 20 to 40 millimetres and 40 to 100 millimetres in screwed and flanged models respectively. Pilot controlled steam valves have a maximum inlet pressure of 1400 kPa with adjustable outlet of 100 to 1000 kPa. Pilot controlled steam valves are available in 15 to 100 millimetres in both screwed and flanged variety.

In addition to the wide range of pressure reducing valves, Calorex also provides reconditioning of all types of valves, valve testing and certification. A full range of overhaul kits, spare parts and a change over pilot service to get the system in its original condition is also offered by Calorex.
