Titan MBR Effluent Treatment System
The Titan is a complete membrane bioreactor (MBR) tailored specifically for the wastewater issues facing the wine, beverage and food manufacturing industries.
Features and Specifications:

For system flows of 20-11,000-plus cmd
Delivers the highest quality effluent for these applications.
Utilises flat plate membranes for the simplest operation and maintenance in MBR technology.
The membranes eliminate the need for a clarifier and for tertiary filtration.
Air scouring prevents fouling and eliminates back-pulsing equipment.
A robust membrane design results in less wear and tear than hollow-fiber types and can easily be cleaned in place.
Titan MBR systems come in standard and custom designs.

FAST (Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment) Wastewater Treatment
FAST effluent treatment is ideal for winery and food manufacturing effluent.
The modular system allows for above or below ground installation allowing you to manage space use, aesthetics and maintenace requirements.
Features and Specifications:

For system flows from 20 to 375 cmd
Flexible system designed for replacing existing septic or new on site systems
Designed for Municipal, Private Development and Industrial Process Wastewater Applications
Superior BOD/TSS removal and nitrification/denitrification.
Maintains high levels of bacterial concentrations becasue it is a "Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment" process.
Stable operation, breaks down biodegradable constituents in the wastewater, and prevents bulking conditions and settling problems.
High bacterial concentrations provides long sludge age, achieving nitrification and denitrification easier.
Less sludge is produced.
It is highly resistant to hydraulic and organic shock loads.
Low energy requirements.
There are three treatment processes in the one tank:
Aeration
Clarification
Aerobic Digestion
