CPI, one of Australia's largest paper and ink distributors, continues to provide JIT sheeting service, while many of CPI's opposition look to third party converters thus allowing CPI the control and flexibility to service client requirements.
CPI carries a wide range of packaging grades in both flat sheets and reels ready to provide press-ready sheet sizes. It includes IP Everest, a solid bleach board from International Paper; Performa White, a multi layer blister-pack guaranteed board with the highest environmental accreditation available from Stora Enso, and Formakote from Carter Holt Harvey.
A spokesman said all were available from 290microns to 620microns. Coated art papers were also available for laminating.
He said CPI was also the exclusive agent for Yupo IML, an area that CPI expected strong growth based on the increasing demand worldwide, particularly Asia.
"In addition to the CPI packaging products, CPI can offer a range of inks and consumables such as process, Pantones and varnishes from Hartmann & Tokyo Ink, coatings from Schmid Rhyner and chemistry from Varn international, thus offering a complete pressroom package with full technical support available," he said.
