Peregrine Semiconductor Australia can provide a wide range of foundry process now including the unique UTSi process developed by Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation. This technology is particularly suited to markets such as telecommunications, commercial satellites, radiation hardened devices, photonics and Department of Defence work.
