The Australian business has been operating for over 50 years as a major manufacturer of refuse collection, waste management vehicles and also commercial bathroom equipment in Australia. MacDonald Johnston works through two widely recognized brand names, MacDonald Johnston and JD MacDonald.
MacDonald Johnston has two manufacturing locations in Victoria and Western Australia and also operates branch retail outlets throughout Australia offering spare parts sales and truck servicing facilities to customers.
The existing computer system and IT infrastructure was holding back growth at MacDonald Johnston, forcing them to look for a new solution.
