Food Safety Supervisor Training classes are available from CFT International for retail food industry employees.
New regulations in the state of New South Wales demand that all food retail outlets must have a Food Safety Supervisor who is responsible for safe food handling. Food retail outlets include restaurants, cafes and takeaway businesses.
Food Safety Supervisor training classes are available at the participant’s convenience 24/7 online on the CFT International website.
As part of Food Safety Supervisor Training, the Food Safety Supervisor must complete the two Hospitality units of:
- SITXOHS002A: Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
- SITXFSA001A: Implement Food Safety Procedures
Training can be done at the participant’s own pace 24/7. The online training is based on flexible, self-paced learning concepts with a workplace assessment of skills.
Qualified trainer support is available online from 7am to 10pm through the year.
