Increased cutting thickens of cut material up to 25mm in carbon steel (dependent on material quality) and reliable 20mm cutting of mild steel and Stainless Steel components.
A greener approach through the acquiring of this new technology which provides a greater number of cut components per KWatt /Hour of electricity consumed compared with the previous models.
New cutting head improvements, which contribute to reducing the gas consumption of Oxygen and Nitrogen required to laser cut the components.
Bylaser Australia also offer a revolutionary web interface, which clients can use and fully track their component history, including live data of the production process, pricing history and invoice and delivery dockets history.
Bylaser Australia are in the process of commissioning a new concept automated storage system for sheet metal. This will allow a drastic reducing off-cut and waste material and also improving the productivity of our operation due to the time required in locating and accessing raw materials. This is a substantial investment on our part, but which will enable us to store up to 140 Tonnes of material on a footprint of 2m x 9m. This is a CamTowers product.
