Busch Australia announces a new addition to its series of Mink claw vacuum pumps.
The new Mink MV 1202 A claw vacuum pump offers a pumping speed of 950 cubic metres per hour for operation at 50 Hz and 1150 cubic metres for 60 Hz operation, making the latest model the largest industrial claw vacuum pump made by Busch.
With the latest release, Busch now offers Mink claw vacuum pumps in eleven sizes to cover the range from 40 up to 950 cubic metres per hour operating at 50 Hz. The Mink MV 1202 A claw vacuum pump’s ability to achieve an ultimate pressure of 200 mbar makes it the ideal vacuum generator in many industrial sectors and fields.
Key application areas include pneumatic conveying, clamping of work pieces onto CNC processing machines in the woodworking industry, and degassing or forming processes in the plastics industry. The latest pump size can also be used as a module in centralised vacuum systems.
Key benefits of Mink vacuum pumps include sophisticated claw vacuum technology that ensures an extremely high level of efficiency; potentially great energy-savings and consistently high performance compared to conventional vacuum generators; virtually maintenance-free operation due to the non-contact operation that eliminates wear; completely dry compression without any need for operating fluids in the compression chamber eliminates costs for purchase, provision or disposal; air-cooled operation with high performance reliability and long life cycles; vacuum and suction performance consistently high throughout the lifecycle of the pump due to wear-free operation; and quiet operation thanks to a smart silencer concept.
