Bud-Pak’s Newcastle branch recently installed a Newlong heat sealer as part of a complete bagging line recently installed for Bathurst Specialty Blending in NSW. The heat sealer is used for sealing bags of animal nutrition mixes.
The Newlong impulse bag sealer comes complete with single element sealing device, foot-pedal switch, adjustable sealing time, height adjustable bag table, and two castors. Maximum heat sealing width is 600mm with a 5mm seal width.
This bag filling and sealing line is designed for manual operation requiring an operator to position the bags under the discharge chute for filling. After the bag is dropped, the operator heat seals the bag by activating the foot pedal of the Newlong impulse bag heat sealer to securely seal the bags.
