BREVINI’s most powerful unit in the Hydr-App range, the MH series takes the modular ac hydraulic power unit a step further.
Using a design innovation the MH series power unit reduces the component and labour costs in the manufacture of ac hydraulic power units.
By incorporating the pressure and tank pipework into the power unit bellhousing the cost of hose connection and tank lid manufacture is significantly reduced.
MH series power unit modules can be driven by 2-pole, 4-pole and 6-pole electric motors from 2.2kW to 22kW, with a working pressure range from 160 bar to 230 bar.
These power units can be fitted with standard rear suction, front delivery port Hydr-App gear pumps, with displacements of 4cc/rev to 25cc/rev.
A direct mount manifold interface is cast into the bellhousing itself for easy connection of standard valve modules. Many direct mount valves assemblies are available to suit the MH power unit, such as single acting solenoid control valves, flow controls and cetop interfaces.
The MH series is ideal for materials handling applications, like goods hoists, scissor lifts and auto hoists.
According to Chris Bayliss, managing director of Brevini Australia, like the smaller power units in the Hydr-App range, the MH series provides standard low cost solutions to complex system problems.
