BRADY Australia has announced the availability of a new B-350 water indicating label material.
The material shows evidence of exposure to water by turning red. It withstands high heat and humidity environments without a false indication appearing.
B-350 controls invalid warranty claims if a product was abused via exposure to water.
This can help prevent "no charge" warranty repairs for many electronic device manufacturers. It provides failure analysis and design assistance, and assists with trouble shooting for service and repair.
B-350 is available in both thermal transfer printable configurations and blank indicating labels.
Brady can also preprint the label with specific information, so it doubles up as both an identification and a water contact indicating label.
This product would be very beneficial to electronics, assembly, repair markets and for the following products: mobile phones and 2-way radios; electronic handheld devices; digital cameras and camcorders; PCs (desktops, notebooks); DVD players; video game consoles; and data projectors.
